Our full martial arts & self-defense curriculum is offered through seasonal sessions at the Casey Community Center throughout the year. Make this your regular and permanent training location.

Curriculum:

• Jr. Warriors martial arts (ages 6 to 12)
• Warriors martial arts (ages 13+)
• Self-defense for Women (ages 16+)
• Bo Staff (ages 13+)

Schedule:

• Jr. Warriors, Mondays & Wednesdays (5:15pm)
• Warriors, Mondays & Wednesdays (6:00pm)
• Self-defense for Women, Tuesdays (7:15pm)
